This is an asynchronous webinar, a recording of the live event.

Ryan Dillon, LPC of The Open Book Chat explores common topics mental health professionals will face while working with clients from the queer community. These include, but are not limited to, gender, transitioning, sexual orientation, sex, relationships, and more. Working with the queer community is extremely rewarding, however, clinicians need to be aware of common stressors, microaggressions, and topics within the queer community.

  1. At the conclusion, participants will feel more knowledgable in queer topics such as gender, transitioning, sex orientation, and relationships

  2. Understand common microaggressions when discussing queer topics
